Introduction

The Transportation District is seeking a qualified Information Technology (IT) services provider to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft 365, email systems, remote servers, cybersecurity, and cloud storage solutions. This RFP aims to select a vendor capable of providing high-quality, reliable, and secure IT services that support our mission to efficiently manage transportation services.

1. Background

The Transportation District is a public agency responsible for managing public transportation across multiple jurisdictions. Our current IT environment includes:

2. Scope of Services
