The Transportation District is seeking a qualified Information Technology (IT) services provider to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft 365, email systems, remote servers, cybersecurity, and cloud storage solutions. 1. Background
The Transportation District is a public agency responsible for managing public transportation across multiple jurisdictions. Our current IT environment includes:

2. Scope of Services
The selected IT provider will be responsible for:

B. Email System Management:
● Maintenance of the email server infrastructure.

C. Remote Server Management:
● Management of on-premises and cloud-based servers.
● Regular updates, patches, and security checks.
● Monitoring and diagnostics for server health and performance.
D. Cybersecurity:

E. Cloud Storage Management:

● Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing IT systems for government or public sector entities, with particular expertise in Microsoft 365 environments.
● Certifications: Vendor should have staff certified in Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
● Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Must provide SLAs covering system uptime, response time, and resolution times for issues.
● Compliance: Must adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA if applicable).
